Here you can create a fully customisable image showing a talking (or thinking) emoticon. Then you can add it to your messages on the Web. Choose an eyes+mouth combination, the mood, extra stuff (like glasses) and write lines of text in the three cyan input boxes. On the left, in the two yellow boxes you can freely insert a variety of single characters that will appear as eyes. Free your fantasy and create the wackiest ones!
Look at the resulting image shown in the Preview screen at the bottom and when you think it's OK click the Show Code button. Select and copy one of the two kinds of code, paste it on your web page, message or forum post (phpBB forums).
